Terms of service

The AI Beauty. Effective October 19, 2026.

1. Overview. Welcome to The AI Beauty. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Theaibeauty, which operates theaibeauty.myshopify.com and all related content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to (Privacy, Shipping, Refund, Return and Warranty, and Legal Notice), describe your rights and responsibilities. By visiting, using or buying from the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you let a minor use the Services on your device, you are responsible for their use.
3. Your account and information. To buy or create an account you may be asked for your email, billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that the information you give is accurate, current and complete. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account and may not transfer or sell it.

4. Products and descriptions. We work to describe products accurately, including features, specifications and images. Colours and appearance can differ on your screen. Descriptions and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products. Product information is for general guidance, and the product page and the details shown at checkout are the final reference for a particular order.

5. Health, wellness and safety. Our products are wellness and comfort products. They are not medical devices unless a product page clearly says so, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary. Read the instructions before use. Do not use massage, heat, light or electrical devices over broken, irritated or numb skin, over swollen or injured areas, or near the throat, eyes (unless the product is designed for it) or heart. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, epilepsy, a heart condition, circulation problems or any medical condition affecting the area, and keep devices away from children. Stop using a product if you feel pain, dizziness or irritation. For skincare, patch test before first use.

6. Orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it only when we send an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors, or restrictions on shipping to your destination. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full. Please check your order before submitting it.

7. Prices, promotions and reference prices. Prices are shown in your selected currency and can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. Unless stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, duties or import charges. Where we show a crossed-out reference price, it is a price at which the product was genuinely offered or a recommended retail price, and we will say which. Promotions may have their own terms, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

8. Payment. You confirm that the payment information you provide is correct, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay all charges at the posted prices including applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.

9. Shipping, returns and warranty. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 12-month device warranty are governed by our Refund, Return and Warranty Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave, subject to your statutory rights and our commitments in those policies.

10. Business location and international customers. We are based at THEAIBEAUTY, Via Cavour 91, 91, 41049 Sassuolo Modena, Italy, leonardoyoda469@gmail.com., and sell worldwide. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live apply to you and are not limited by these Terms. You are responsible for checking that the products you order may lawfully be imported and used in your country.

11. Intellectual property. The Services, including text, images, graphics, video, logos, product descriptions, design and arrangement, belong to The AI Beauty, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “The AI Beauty” and our logos are our trademarks. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes and may share links, short quotations and product pages as described in section 12. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, republish, sell or exploit our content without our written permission. Other brands and trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Search engines, AI assistants and automated access. We want customers to find us, and we welcome responsible automated access to our public pages.

• 12.1 What is welcome. Search engines, AI assistants, answer engines, shopping comparison tools and similar services may crawl, index, retrieve, summarise, quote short excerpts from, compare and recommend our public product, policy and information pages, and may show product names, prices and images in results or answers with a link to our page. No special permission is needed for this.

• 12.2 AI shopping agents. An AI agent or other software that acts for a shopper may browse the Services, add items to a cart and complete checkout on that shopper’s behalf, provided the shopper has authorised the purchase. The shopper is the buyer, and these Terms bind them for any order the agent places.

• 12.3 Ground rules for automated tools. Automated tools should identify themselves honestly, including their name in the user-agent string where technically possible (for example “Agent/[agent name]”). They must not pretend to be human, must answer truthfully if asked whether they are automated, must not defeat CAPTCHAs, rate limits, robots.txt rules or other security and access controls, and must keep their request rate reasonable so the Services stay available to everyone.

• 12.4 What is not allowed. You may not use bots, scrapers or other automated means to bulk copy our catalogue, images, descriptions or reviews in order to republish them or run a competing or resale store, collect personal data, overload or disrupt the Services, test stolen payment details, place fake or abusive orders, or manipulate reviews or prices.

• 12.5 Accuracy and the authoritative source. An AI assistant or third-party service may summarise our pages inaccurately or out of date. Price, availability, specifications, shipping terms and policies shown on our site and at checkout when you order are the authoritative information. We are not responsible for statements made by third-party AI services or websites about us or our products.

• 12.6 Datasets and model training. We are open to partnerships. If you want to use our content in bulk to train or fine-tune a model or to build a dataset, please email [SUPPORT EMAIL] first. This does not limit retrieval, citation or recommendation under section 12.1.

13. Reviews and feedback. If you submit a review, comment or other feedback, it must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must disclose any incentive or connection to us. It must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe anyone’s rights, and must not contain malware. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt it to operate and promote the Services. We may remove content that breaches these Terms. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

14. Membership, newsletters and promotions. Signing up for our newsletter or free membership is optional. Benefits, offers and prize draws are subject to the terms shown when you sign up, and we may change or end them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

15. Third-party tools and links. The Services may include tools and links provided by third parties that we do not control. We provide them “as is”, without endorsement, and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.

16. Relationship with Shopify. The Services are powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and The AI Beauty. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products.

17. Privacy. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be processed by Shopify and other providers in countries other than yours.

18. Prohibited use. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to break any law or regulation, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass, defame or threaten anyone, to send spam, to impersonate any person or entity, to upload viruses or malicious code, to interfere with or circumvent security features, or to do anything that harms the Services, other users, The AI Beauty or Shopify. Section 12 sets out the rules for automated access.

19. Errors and omissions. The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping details or availability. We may correct them and may update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after you order. If we cancel an order because of our error, we will refund you in full.

20. Disclaimer of warranties. Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not make any other promise about them, including that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you

21. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers (and Shopify and its affiliates) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the Services or products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights, and nothing limits our obligations under our Refund, Return and Warranty Policy.

22. Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable losses, including reasonable legal fees, that we or our affiliates, partners, employees or Shopify suffer because of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your unlawful use of the Services. We will tell you of any such claim, and you will reasonably cooperate in its defence.

23. Termination. We may suspend or end your access to the Services, or an account, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You remain responsible for amounts owed up to that date. Sections that by their nature should continue (including intellectual property, reviews, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) continue after termination.

24. General. If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies referred to in them are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not transfer your rights under them without our written consent, and we may transfer ours. Headings are for convenience only.

25. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and its courts have jurisdiction, but this does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or your right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live where the law gives you that right. 26. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. We will give notice of material changes where the law requires. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept it.
